Michelle Phan Inspired Look - Sailor Moon Transformation

Here is a Sailor moon transformation makeup inspired look from Michelle Phan from The 'Michelle Phan Collection'

1. first take a liquid liner/cream and do the 'Wing' (further on down) and before you do the flick make a triangle shape (Okay, yes I'm bad - terribly bad at explaining)

2. Now apply white eye liner on the waterline and extend further on from your waterline. 

3. Now using the liquid liner line under the white

4. The final step is to create 3 tiny triangles for bottom lashes, ( OMG CUTE :D )

And you're finished!
