This is a Michelle Phan inspired tutorial 'Chic Makeup for glasses'
1. First you a liquid liner/cream and create a double winged eye liner
2. Use a turquoise color just above the first wing of the eyeliner on the outer corner (Check image below if you're confused)
3. Know apply a lavender color on the crease
4. Know the final step it to apply mascara!
