Okay, well first look I'm going to do, is called the 'Wing' and it's done by a liquid or cream, or eyeshadow. It's quite hard, but you get the hang of it, so here it is! Hope you like it, and comment(:
1. Start from the middle and work your way out, and at the very end of you eye start to 'Wing' it out (as you can see in the picture)
2. After that connect the line from the inner corner so it all meets.
3. know for the 'Wing' Part, run it along the lower lash line, but don't do it all the way.
4. lastly what we're going to do, is run a black pencil eyeliner along the waterline
