Michelle Phan Inspired Look - Party Makeup

Know this is again, quite a simple look.
1. using a midnight blue eyeshadow apply it like it looks in the picture below (Too hard to explain(:)
2. know apply a midnight blue cream eyeshadow over where you applied the eyeshadow
3. apply royal blue sparkles all over the cream eyeshadow
You're finished!
